"This has been the only Dunkin consistently getting my order right. It’s so simple, cold brew, almond milk, shot espresso. But you’d be surprised how many Dunkin’s mess this up. Not this one! "Not going back to this Dunkin. I had a bad previous experience, but wanted to give them another shot. My hot coffee was served to me inside a plastic cup with a lid. The worker didn’t even explain why, prompting me to ask if they ran out of lids-which they did. I should’ve refused the coffee and walked out. Instead, I ended up cleaning hot coffee off of my hand, clothes, and car seat."
"Second time this month they just have totally given up on making mobile orders (the other was 4/14). Getting a refund, as they suggested both times, requires a 10 minute phone call. I can’t believe they *knowingly* accept mobile orders that they don’t intend to fill… I really wish this franchisee would please get their act together."
