"I never drink Starbucks. I decided to try. I looked on their website for something I could drink as someone with gestational diabetes. A skinny cinnamon dolce latte is supposed to be made with sugar free syrup and nonfat milk. I guess they no longer carry sugar free syrup so just used regular and I had no way of knowing. Spiked my blood sugar and made me sick. Maybe you should let customers know that you only carry one kind of sugar free syrup. It can be really dangerous for some people"

"Been here several times now. As much as I love Starbucks coffees, I always have to consider the pricing. I must spend over $100 here a month easily. I don't want to check to confirm as its probably more that I spend. Anyway, the food is OK for a quick bite. The coffee is great and the service is okay too."

"Omg… When I came here, I was expecting to have just a nice drink, but then the customer service was TERRIBLE!! Like literally when I went up to have my order taken, this chick was just staring at me for a second, and then started looking all over, and it kinda looked like she was doing a little dance. She never asked what I wanted or even greeted me at all with a smile. I had to ask her politely if she was ready to take my order, she nodded her head, so I told her what drinks I wanted. Then at the end I got the wrong drink sizes. I got 2 tiny drinks when I asked for the biggest size for one of them and the medium for the other. I was still charged for the big size too even though I never got that size. My drink was ok, but the other one of the same drink was terrible. Horrible horrible customer service.I would rather drive down to the Starbucks at the outlets"

"Slowest service ever experienced and not even busy. Employees too busy having chit chat and side conversations and were confused about who was making the order. Then while the one employee did nothing, (with a line of 3 people waiting for drinks...I don't know maybe help assist make the drinks considering no one else was in line), complained for 5 minutes about how the servers in California make $15 an hour."

"The manager of this location is an absolute horrible display of customer service. Employees of both the target and Starbucks gave me false information. I came to the store when I was informed they opened at 7am and it was incorrect. Rather then assisting me, she spoke harshly and refused to allow me to finish a sentence. I have decided to go to a different target and Starbucks due to her brash and frankly disturbing behavior and this is a prime example of who not to be as a manager."
