"If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered an avocado toast with bacon. It came out was burnt. I’m 40 weeks pregnant didn’t want to upset myself so I sent my sister in to exchange it for one that wasn’t burnt to a crisp. She told my sister that she can’t do anything about and it’s just bacon crumbles. & if I had a problem I should go inside. I went back thru drive thru as physically hard for me to walk at this point and told her it wasn’t normal and that it was burnt & I’d just like a new one she continued to stay that it’s how it is. I get avocado toast with bacon all the time & this is not how it is. I told her that’s not true she continued to belittle me & wouldn’t fix it. So I 40 weeks pregnant drove off in tears. Definitely do not come here. Customer service is terrible & I didn’t get the ladies name I was so upset but she was old and fat. She should be fired."

"The young man who took our order was rude, didn't even make our drink correctly, and refused to warm up our coffee roll when asked too. Definitely not cut out for a job working w the public."

"Jumped off turnpike for coffeed and bagels. Coffee was good but the bagels were so hard i couldn't even eat it. My husband made it through his because he was really hungry, but it was difficult. Not only wasit hard but the cream cheese was so little it covered just the whole in the middle. Don't suggest this dunkin."

"I have seen many staff who are being arrogant or racist towards customers. At day it is good but at night they have terrible service. They do not do anything properly. At night they don’t do any cleanup until the time comes to leave."

"I love this Dunkin’, everyone is friendly and they never get my order wrong. Only thing I wish is that they’d stop giving me a full cup of ice when I put less ice in my order. I’ve only gotten less ice a handful of times and I’m there almost every day"
