"I wanted to do business here but its just impossible. Went for a pellet stove George said coal would be better. I sent pictures as asked and got no response. Called talked to Ray and told him I want to do this so for sure and I am not wasting there time . George called me and put me in touch with Joe Rinker there installer . Joe was to come out to my home to give est. Joe picked the week , the day, and the time . I gave him my number and I said call if any problems . The day of my son took a day off work to be there as I could not be there. NO SHOW, NO CALL. Called stoves and stuff talked to George to find out what happened , George said I have to get back to you . A whole week went by and again NO RESPONSE. This is the part of the sale that makes them money and they seem to not care . How can I depend on them if I have a problem ! I had to go to KC stoves. Sorry guys you lost $$$$$$ on this one ."

"I purchased a pellet stove in 2020. Used it for 1 season. Had it cleaned in august. When I started it in October I noticed the pull handle didnt work not being able to release the ash from the fire box. I called ray to discuss this problem. His response was it's not covered under warranty. It's probably rusted He was not interested in helping me at all. He hides behind the warranty instead of standing behind his product. If I knew the stove can rust I would have prevent it. After 2 weeks of frustrating calls with no help from ray. I called joe rinker who fixed it no charge to me. Why? Because joe wants to keep me as a customer unlike ray. It was a 5 minute fix. I will never recommend Ray to anyone."

"After shopping other stove stores, I found these guys to be straight forward and very helpful. We purchased a higher end unit during a home renovation last year and are extremely happy with the stove. I actually lost a small part and they had an extra and gave it me. This fall while doing maintenance before firing it up fo the winter, I noticed a problem, and they reached out to the manufacturer and supplied the replacement part under warranty quickly without any hesitation. Great experience with this vendor"

"A store that gives the service and attitude of a caring retail giant.....George waited on us and immediately was ready to give recommendations and historical perspectives to questions that involved technical response to those of design. We purchased three units for our new home. After installation and delivery that was problem free, we continue to enjoy the units, particularily the one located in the bedroom. It is used to heat a very large room in place of the zoned gas heat that was installed . The efficacy is noted as above 85% making it a "fun" heat; enjoyable to watch! Good people, good products; good service!"
