"As a commercial account I don't recommend and give ZERO stars. They are so behind in the times. They refuse to email invoices or update the systems to automatically generate invoices and mail them out. The owner Keith is very rude. His driver showed up at our garage with a statement refusing service for unpaid invoices that we never received because his driver drops the batteries and whoever he sees he gets so sign off. 3 times someone with the name Steve signed off and we don't even have a Steve here. When I called him to inform him we never got the invoices he proceeds to tell me that's my problem not his. I let him know we needed the batteries and he told me he needed payment. We are a large multi million dollar company. I could have paid right that second but its the priciple he does not care about his commercial accounts. Keith told me he had 1500 customers and he couldn't worry about emailing us the invoices. I asked him why he wasn't more proactive and give us a courtesy call so we could have gotten it straightened out and he told me "its not his problem". Clearly Keith if I'm not getting the invoices it is your problem!!!! These are franchised. We deal with the interstate in Walnutport for another location we have and they are great."
