"When had issue they refuse to see me. Instead just told to go to ER then got mad because I didn't go to a Conemaugh affiliated ER. I ended up switching to another doctor only to find out I have issues with this pregnancy that Conemaugh either failed to mention it didn't notice it. (I'm going to go with didn't notice.)"

"They’re decent but they either put you on hold too long or the nurse line never answers. What’s the point of having one then? It’s frustrating."

"I've never had a problem with them. I've went to them for 3 years. They definitely should take more time with patients and explain things. Receptionist is always nice."

"I switched to stay with my previous provider after she left another practice. I am so disappointed with the care I received from the front office staff and nurses. They are always dismissive of my concerns and I never feel like they actually listen to my concerns. Once I heard them making fun of another patient while they thought I was on hold. I regret coming to here and plan to switch back to my old practice. Im so sad to be losing my provider as she was so good to me during my last pregnancy but I can't deal with the rude, condescending nurses and front office staff."

"°No parking °Unprofessional Nurse and receptionist °I didn't receive a bunch of pictures during ultrasound for 20wks or 34wks ""My baby moved to much"" & yes I asked °Was told that certain discharge was normal but when I went to deliver doctor said I had a bad yeast infection °Also said I was alcoholic but I don't drink °Nurse aid that they test infections in urine so no swapping was needed °Your better off going to the emergency room°"
