"When the order is right it good. In the last 2 weeks they have forgotten my donut 4 times. I door dash so they are packing the items and not putting the full order together. My co worker had the same issue today. Items missing. I called and spoke to the manager previously about this issue and he didn’t really seem to care that his employees are not making sure orders are complete. Very disappointed in this location"
"Supposed to be the new pumpkin spice lattes no whipped cream no Carmel in it or on it! They gave us hot drinks at first then had to remind them we ordered iced drinks and proceeded to give an attitude about it"
"There was one customer ahead of us at 12 noon, when the place was not busy. The server helped him, looked at us and then called someone from the back "to come help yeh next customer". We waited a good 6-8 minutes while this person who called for help was busy hanging out with someone else, chatting away. When the person from the back showed up, I and my family were shocked to see that it was a south Asian girl. So basically the person who was already there saw us, south Asians, and instead of helping us, called another south Asian. Our server was kind but this is blatant discrimination. The place was unkempt, dirty tables, dirty chairs. Super disappointment!"
"MY SERVER AT ABOUT 10AM IN THE MORNING WAS FREDDIE, HE IS A VERY WELL ROUNDED YOUNG MAN, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS DUNKIN DONUTS SERVES, LOCATED IN THE PLAZA RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE HAMPTON INN, IF YOU ARE VISITING LIKE I WAS FOR THE WEEKEND, IT IS WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL"
