"Ordered a small mocha frozen coffee with oat milk. Now they charge for oat milk and whip cream. Fine, but they put caramel drizzle on it. I tell them I can't drink that and it comes with chocolate. Funny how it comes with drizsel once you pay for the toppings offered in the app. Then the scoop off the whippcream with a glove I assume because he had non when he cane back and I show him the caramel is in the coffee. They offer to make another but I had to go and asked for a refund. He says they cannot give refunds because they don't do refunds. Then because they don't have a manager there they cannot give refunds. I get upset and all of a sudden they can call a manager to issue me a refund. Meanwhile the drive through was backed up because the same man is ringing people out and making drinks while the other 3 talk and try to figure out how to make a drink. Yeah, I'm done going here."

"Great Saturday morning until I came to get breakfast. There’s no sign up that I couldn’t bring my dog and no need for an employee from dunking donuts to raise their voice to tell me to leave. This employee could have just asked and I would have left. I have showed up with my dog over four times and no one ever said anything before so I didn’t ever get an inkling that he was not allowed in."
