Dunkin'

"Just went there for coffee. Ordered a large with four cream, four milk, two Stevia heading back to New Jersey. Turns out they put sweet below in my coffee. I’m allergic to it. Tried to call them to pick up the phone. If I was closer, I would’ve driven back. I was trying to find out if they had Stevia but I’m not driving back several miles to find out they don’t have it. No one answered the phone. They must have the volume off, so it doesn’t “bother” them I guess they got better things to do. Let it ring six or 70 times. The crazy thing is I even went back to my car to get them at Temp and they didn’t have change. Do you think the least they could do is pick up the phone and be careful when they order. Disgraceful."

"It's been a long time since I had Dunkin Doughnuts. It was very clean with a friendly staff who were quick at getting my food to me. The breakfast sandwich (sourdough with bacon egg and cheese) was pretty good, but a little dry, and the bread wasn't toasted. It was warm and fresh, though. Perhaps provide some condiments like hot sauce. Thank you for a very good experience."

"I had gotten a refresher this morning from this store and by the time I was half way done I noticed someone’s FINGER NAIL IN MY DRINK! This is beyond disgusting. When I called to complain I got no answer. No one seems to answer the phone which is ridiculous. I work in the food service industry and this is so unacceptable and very unprofessional."

"Friendly staff and consistency are usually the standard at Dunkin Donuts (I grew up in Massachusetts...it will always be DD). Clean store and courteous, helpful people. I was surprised by the variety of donuts, they had one than the store I normally go to. The new tomato-pesto grilled cheese is definitely worth a try. Great tasting sandwich that is better than other fast-food."
