"After seeing all these reviews I agree 100% about the rude and nasty older Indian man! He needs a psychiatrist! AND needs to be fired! We argued a few times about my orders. The last one was the worst. He said to “park over there I’m calling the cops” all because of the lack of communication. He didn’t even call the police but if he did HE should be arrested! Extremely rude. The woman told me come in the morning to talk to the owner about my last order. He didn’t show up. Even though the location is convenient it’s very worth it to go other DD’s."

"I had a bad experience here. I’m giving them 5 stars though because I called and complained to corporate about my experience of being locked out of this store at 830 in the morning, with no sign up and then being hung up on my the employee. I get a call within mins from the owner. Who tells me that he’s out of town, but not only will this not happen again but to save his personal number to my phone so that if something like this does happens again to call him directly so he can handle the situation right away. He was also calling his employees after being off the phone with me to directly handle the situation. I’ve had bad experiences from businesses before. I mean who hasn’t? But I have never had a store owner correct the situation as well as this store owner did. I will definitely be coming back to this Dunkin! Oh and the coffee is great too! Especially the iced caramel swirl :)."
