Dunkin'

"Well… They had no idea how to make a macchiato…a woman with short curly hair was working & handed me the drink completed blended…… a macchiato should be layered but okay… with that said….they were also sold out of basically every donut. Please make it make sense. The parking lot situation there & getting into the establishment made no sense either…. You have to walk around the building thru the drive thru or over the grass to walk inside………"

"Completely frustrated with my experience. Bought an iced coffee thru the mobile app. It states free coffee Monday with a purchase. We payed for the iced coffee and they refused to give us the free coffee. Said we had to buy something….which we did, and iced coffee. He kept arguing with us so we said just forget it. Very frustrating….I will never go to the Dunkin location again. No stars."

"This looks like a new branch for Dunkin, so you’d think they’d be really good. Unfortunately, this is probably the worst location I’ve visited. The employees seem clueless and lacking leadership. I work two minutes away and come here often, just to be disappointed every time. They don’t know the difference between cold brew and iced coffee. Food is always over cooked to a hockey puck. There could be no drive through line, yet you still wait ten minutes for two items. They have signs out front saying, “new management,” but there’s been no change in service or quality. If you drive five more minutes down the road, you’ll get to another Dunkin branch that is impeccable. Employees at this branch should follow their example. I’m be driving the extra five minutes from now on."

"Before I start, I just want to say everyone refers to this dunkin as the “bad experience” dunkin. I order a plan toasted bagel and this is what they give me. This is absolutely so ridiculous and not to mention the lady at the window is rude. I come back and order a new one and the give me the WRONG ORDER. I am so furious that I had to leave work and get my order again and then to realize that it’s the wrong order. Not only was the line long enough but the people there are just plain rude. If you don’t have the attitude to work there then you shouldn’t be working there at all. The lady didn’t even apologize or anything. She gave me a face and gave me my food. Horrible horrible customer service and the worst dunkin to go to. Please try to avoid this dunkin at all cost so you don’t have to go through what I went through."

"Just have been through the drive thru but have had no complaints yet. The staff seem to be thoroughly trained now, and I really like how they have a second window for larger orders that can be bypassed to the exit if you're just getting coffee. Apparently the inside should have some upgrades over the older Dunkin stores but haven't had a chance to go in yet."
