"Best Buy is awful, or at least this particular location is. You can no longer call the store directly with questions; your call is routed to a call center and the reps always give wrong information. I'm pretty much screwed on a return at this point because their call center reps gave me wrong information, and I was unable to speak directly with the store to confirm what I was being told. Also, the Best Buy Plus membership is a total joke, too. I do not recommend them at all!"

"Bought a TVyesterday. Best Buy is what you expect it to be- you’re not there to buy the cheapest thing in the world, and you’ll be asked about a million other things to spend money on when you check out. Having said this- I was there on a busy Saturday and I took me a while to be helped, but the worker was mindful of this, apologetic, and when it was my turn to be helped he was very kind and helpful. He knew the answers to my questions or if he didn’t, he knew where to look. I was there to buy a TCL 5 series smart TV and as he was helping me he found out and pointed out that I could get a 6 series for the same price- because of a sale! So now I’ll be getting a nicer TV for the same cost. So overall I’m very pleased with the service- though it took a while to be helped in the end I was happy."

"Went in for a phone for a senior citizen, they said, couldn't use my credit card, because it expired in less than 90 days. Gave them another card, both were charged. When a third charge appeared on my card, I called the phone company "Lively." Turns out Best Buy opened 3 different accounts for my 86 year old brother!! Won't go there again, for anything. Lively Customer service, Excellent!"
