"Beware of this company Received obviously Damaged Weber s470 Grill. Company would not stand by there mistake in shipping a damaged unit. The bottom was crushed by a fork lift because it was double stacked and top also cracked. Company did not send a prepaid return and wants to charge a restocking fee. Total disregard for customer satisfaction. Must be a small greedy Mickey Mouse company. Sells through Amazon and they are not much better. I believe they knew it was damaged and shipped anyway."
