Dunkin' 1174 Macarthur Road, Whitehall, PA 18052

"This is my local Dunkin in which I come to every morning since I moved into center city. Usually when I come the customer service isn't the most pleasant but today was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered my coffee through the drive through and when I approached the window a short lady with glasses was there. I asked her to scan the bar code on my phone she rolled her eyes and did an aggravated sigh as if it were asking for too much. I always scan my bar code to collect points since I am a loyal customer and shop Dunkin daily! I asked her if there was a problem and she rudely slammed the drive through windows in my face and kept my coffee, after I had already paid for it. I couldn't believe the treatment I was receiving as I enjoy my Dunkin run every morning and look forward to regardless of how miserable the employees are at this location but today was the worst.. I went inside to get her name to speak to the manager and they all refused to provide me with help, instead she called the police and banned me from the location for absolutely no reason. I'm highly disgusted at this store and will get in contact with management after today's poor service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN"

"I come here everyday and order same and the manager wishing a short lady w glasses was so unprofessional and disrespectful on the drive truw. She speak nasty and also her employees are the same cuz dis is wat she teaches them. Dis is not k when customers just wanna order they food early in the morning and get to work. They need to replace that management"

"Never again! I get a lot of extras added in my frozen coffee. Depending on who's working, they may not feel like making it the way I asked for it nor consider the amount that it cost for the additives which are quite expensive. If I ask them to make it over they get mad. The lady that made my drink today was yelling and screaming at me. I even offered a solution to put the additives on the side so that I may blend it myself at home. She even yelled at me when I paid for it. She was extremely rude and told me she hopes I don't return. This is the worst experience I've ever had!"

"I drive 45 minutes to bring my daughter to daycare and I always stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts up until today. I ordered in the drive through and while I got to the window to my pay my daughter asked for some donuts. I asked the drive through lady if i could please order munchkins for my daughter she tells me no and closes the window. I then honked and she was speaking to whom I’m guessing is the manager she was wearing a maroon shirt. They then open the window and young lady and manager were being extremely disrespectful. I asked for their names and they wouldn’t give it to me. Told me to look at the receipt for the store number. As someone who has been drinking coffee from Dunkin I’ve never experienced this kind of distasteful treatment. I have notified corporate but those young ladies need to be fired. They shouldn’t be working in this industry lacking customer service skills. And if they are not morning people they shouldn’t be working this shift but I don’t think it’s that I just think they have horrible attitudes."
