"Would rate a 0 if it was possible. Do not see this Dr or go to this Womens Health Group. Staff and doctor completely incompetent. We spoke about a specific procedure, but I was told we have to try something else first. I knew it wouldn't work and now I owe $1400. Awesome! Then today I come in for a follow up appointment because the procedure didn't work and to figure out next steps. I got to my appt 5 minutes early and checked in. I had prepaid my copay online, but checked in with the desk and signed some privacy paperwork. 45 minutes go by and no one calls me back. I go to check. The receptionist has the nerve to ask me if I checked in! I said "yes! I spoke to YOU specifically." She said "oh. My bad. I'm not sure what happened." Not one apology for her screw up. Then proceeds to tell me I have to wait another HOUR to be seen because they are at lunch. I drove an hour to come here, already sat for an hour waiting, and you want me to wait another hour to be seen because of your mistake? Real nice. Complete nightmare. Do better, guys. What a disappointment. I will be finding another doctor asap. I urge anyone reading this to find someone else too."
