Dunkin'

"My latte tastes different everyday . Finally they have improved with speed but, it's clear the staff does not care much about the product. There's minimal care put into the preparation and delivery of your order. It's unfortunate."

"This dunkin was good for a month. They made good quality food and then just started following other dunkin bad habits of laziness. I asked them for toasted croissants and they didn't toasted just like other dunkin and when I asked them again they got mad and over toasted it. I mean burned it. I am so disappointed. Looks like I need to stop going there too."

"Look, I’m happy to have a Dunkin so close to home. I usually opt to go inside. Not a friendly person in the bunch. Kid at the counter barely uttered a word to me. No hello or anything like that. Which seems to be par for the course here. My coffee cup had coffee running down the side of it as they handed it to me. I also had a donut, and went to grab a napkin on the way out but the dispenser was empty. It was just after 9am and no one had filled the napkins. These are very easy correctable things. And for a new store to not focus on this is crazy to me. Environment was clean and I got in and out fairly quickly this trip."

"If you like your food cold 3/5 times and overcharged for food items with your coffee that they advertise, come here! It’s displayed when you order a coffee you get a deal on a donut, bagel bites, or a sandwich and you will get charged full price every time. The coffee is made incorrectly and it’s not good. When they first opened I thought maybe they just needed to get in the swing of things but they are consistently messing up. Don’t play with people in the morning!"
