"Order #1274. 6pm. 10Dec24. Spent 10 minutes in drive thru because they said they were making fresh fish filled. What I got was well done fillers and cold fries. And no I didn't eat it when I got home. I pulled straight into a parking spot. SMH."

"Dirty inside frequently. Morning crew seem to care more about service and quality of product vs the remaining day parts. Last visit although food came fast during sit in, the fries were definitely not fresh and that was doubled by seeing a lack of quality timer on the fryer when going to counter to ask for ketchup where I mentioned to the worker the fries were cold and not bothering to correct it. It took them several minutes to even go to the counter as it is. The man who seemed to be the manager didn't react to someone standing at the counter even after he made eye contact. They don't uphold the golden standards of the corporation and lack guest service policies of being a brand ambassador at this location. The front counter team member had to consistently leave the counter so you'd have to wait several minutes to get service or assistance until they see you when passing by again. That day of the visit it was difficult to find a clean enough table too. I would have preferred to write this review to the corporation themselves but my boyfriend didn't want the receipt after they asked. My old store always gave it anyway due to issues like this. I wish this store would try better cause it used to when I moved to the area. After covid they seemed to stop caring about their quality, guest experience ( whether order in/out/drive), and friendliness."

"Very different, in a good way, atmosphere. Very unique designs and decorations. Everywhere was nice but there were toilet papers all over the bathroom floors and soda spills and trash all over the drink dispenser area. Service was excellent!"

"I’m so glad I spent 30 dollars on 2 poorly made and nasty tasting sandwiches. Not only was the spicy chicken sandwich my wife ordered missing toppings and extremely careless of how they put the sauce on it not to mention my burger that I had to pretty much put together myself. On top of that most of the employees that work here are insanely rude and I feel very discriminated against given the fact that I’m a white male who is good about manners unless someone is rude first however it’s pretty ridiculous that I can be ignored by the employees who work here that are people of color but as soon as a customer who is also a person of color walks up to the counter the employee suddenly learns how to be polite. Thank you for showing me how absolutely worthless people can be and still expect praise and a pay raise."
