"I frequent this location often (nearly daily). The coffee and food is always good but there’s an occasional problem with ability to quickly fulfill orders. More than once my app order gives an anticipated pick up time that is off by 45 minutes to an hour. I wrote and do work here so while frustrating, it’s not the end of the world for me. I wish there were a way to get more accurate times for the order to actually be ready. Again, coffee and food always good, a very friendly staff, just gets backed up beyond control at times."

"Never doing business here again. I paid $13 for two small cups of coffee just to have mine be completely flavorless for the first half then unbearably sweet at the bottom half. I didn’t pay $7 for a black coffee with a pound of syrup at the bottom, I paid $7 for a pumpkin spice latte. They refused to even it out with more coffee, and neglected to offer me a refund. They all stood there and looked at me like like a deer in headlights before suggesting I come back tomorrow, at which point I politely asked them to dump it out and throw it away. Then I left. Do better Starbucks. To those of you looking for a coffee, I would not recommend this location."

"Not a fan of closing the cafe and mobile order!!"

"Waited close to an hour in the drive through for a mobile order and then after sitting for so long decided to just go in and grab it which was a disgruntled mess with a manage just looking to escape. Paid $20 for the wrong size drinks and a cold sandwhich. This is why america runs on dunkin."

"Drive thru is friendly and nice, but walked in to order and stood at the cashier register and nobody even acknowledged me. Waited for several minutes before asking for help. Very rude, you can at least say I'll be with you in a minute. Poor customers service."
