Starbucks 2113 State Hill Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610

"Writing this review in hopes that someone from Starbucks corporate reads these reviews and figures out how to improve the speed of service at this location because it's bad. Like really bad. And it's been really bad for YEARS. And this review is NOT to place any blame or fault on the poor workers because it's clear this Starbucks has high turnover and is and has been consistently low staffed since the pandemic. Corporate/management needs to figure this out. Whether it's putting another single-cafe location in the area to reduce the foot traffic to this one or offering a larger pay/incentives for workers. It's not fair to the workers who likely have to deal with extreme anger and rudeness from customers who are clearly unhappy about these wait times, all the time. And it's certainly not fair to your customers paying top dollar for coffees and having to wait upwards of an hour or more for DRINKS (not even food)... drinks to be made. Get your ish together, Starbucks. A multi billion dollar establishment like yourselves should be able to sort this out!"

"I avoid this Starbucks as much as I can. Even if you mobile order, expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour. The place is severely understaffed and just lazying about. Last I went. They didn't even have someone on hot drinks. Better to just go to the Starbucks at giant or Target. Parking is limited and the drive thru is always backed up."

"How is the rating at 4 stars?!?! This store used to be so quick and an amazing place to hang out. It has become a poor service, poor response spot. I waited over 25 mins for one coffee and two refreshers. Really seems as if the baristas are low energy, slow processing and don’t want to be there - unfortunately, it shows. I used to love Starbucks, but even ordering ahead doesn’t help. Wyomissing needs a new coffee shop desperately."

"It has been and hour and 10 min and never received my order. This must have been going on all day and people are walking out . These are unclaimed drinks ."

"This Starbucks is always chaos. If you mobile order you’ll be waiting an hour plus for your drink when the app says it’ll be ready in 10 mins. They always have 15+ drinks sitting on the counter half melted and if you want to go through the drive thru, forget about it because it’s wrapped around the building at all hours of the day. Also there’s limited parking at the location."
