"Two lanes were going and the inside lane kept getting passed by. After the fourth car passing me and sitting there for twenty minutes I left the lane and went inside to explain the situation. The manager who looked twelve tries telling us everything is working fine but I told her about the lane issues and there’s a full line out there and then we saw her headset was dead. And she tried playing it off that it wasn’t dead and nothing was wrong lmao."
"In the past and since COVID-19 started. I've worried about the cleanliness of the kids play place as all parents should. BUT this time you could smell the cleaning products as soon as you walked into the play place. That gave me confidence that my son would be okay. All tables were clean and floor freshly mopped as well. Overall very satisfied."
"Do you like the term ‘fast food’ but actually prefer if the food takes 30+ minutes to get to you? Do you like waiting in drive thru lines for 20+ minutes? This McDonald’s is the location for you! Friendly enough staff most of the time but man do they move slow. The drive thru is the perfect place to reflect on existential dread and by the time you get to the window, you’ve had enough time to reflect on your life choices so that you regret ordering McDonald’s in the first place."
"The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Absolutely no structure to the workforce inside. Every time I stop here, my order is always incorrect. Even when ordering a single hot coffee. It's missing cream or sugar or wrong size. Today, I ordered a happy meal and a coffee. Waiting over 35 minutes and still waiting as I write this. I normally don't write reviews on fast food restaurants. But this is absolutely unacceptable. Management need to be retrained or replaced. This is absurd. And to those who read this and think "you don't know what it's like." I worked at McDonald's. And it never took more than 15 minutes to assemble even a large order and have it out the window. And I just got my food now. 40 minutes later. And it's ice cold... Thanks McDonald's..."
