"Always pay to add caramel crunch to my drink but never ever get it. Whether it be through the app or in the drive thru. Will not be going back. Started buying what I need to make similar items at home. Thanks for saving me time and money."

"Usually have a good experience here besides long wait times but today I wanted to try to sugar cookie latte, iced and a venti, when I got to the window the drink as pictured is light colored but when handed to me it was dark brown and I mentioned this is not the drink and the woman at the window stated it’s “because of almond milk”. She said she’ll get it remade for me but you can tell by taste and color still and it took her a few seconds to “make it”, all they did was add more creamer. The drink was terrible but didn’t have time to come in and get a new drink unfortunately. Waste of money today."

They are now more focused on kitschy concoctions than on being a roastery serving quality coffees from various parts of the globe. Baristas are typically pleasant and helpful, but counter service is slow."

"i got a iced venti apple crisp oatmilk macchiato with pumpkin cold foam, pumpkin sauce and caramel sauce it is amazing! syrup wasn’t very well mixed but i know it’s hard to mix the syrup in a macchiato. so grab a straw to mix it if it’s not mixed that well . my mom got an iced chai with apple brown sugar and almond milk with cinnamon. pretty good! also got a pumpkin cream cheese muffin which was amazing!!! she got the kale and mushroom egg bites but we think there’s cheese in it aswell. and we got the bacon egg and gouda sandwich that i always get. fall menu is here and it’s amazing!!!"
