"The store is always behind on orders and the drive-thru is always pouring over into the street. It has to be the worst performing location in the area because all other stores don't have this issue. For example, I never receive the adequate amount of cream cheese on my bagles and I have to ask for extra cream cheese, after I place the mobile order. Additionally, the location will frequently forget items in your order or just not prepare them correctly. Lastly, the location needs to expand and make itself larger. For example, the drive-thru is a nightmare to fit your car and the menu/speaker are dated. If the owner cannot update or afford to purchase the land around itself to better itself, then it's time to close and leave it to someone that can."

"This place is so rude, I was trying to give this place a second chance and and I’m not for Conoco pack with the Vanesssa now please I order a drink it was the first time ordering. I asked him if it was this week she told me yes and then when I get to the window it was a different order I told him this is a Drink. I wanted it, and the manager was being extremely rude. I left and didn’t go anywhere. I will go to Starbucks with her nicer."

"Wasn't greeted when I walked in the door Waited about 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me. They were too busy taking care of people in the drive-thru. I do understand they are very busy in the morning. When there are customers that walk in the door they should be be greeted. There should be a person delegated to take care of people that are walking into their store."

"I haven't even taken a sip yet. I ordered it online and I even made eye contact with the girl behind the counter and I couldn't even say anything because I was so shocked. I should've said something but I didn't want to start an argument. Not the first time either. Update: My Nana tried her drink. It's a Caramel latte. It's a pumpkin spiced latte."
