You work in the fast food industry it's not hard to read simple English on a screen but apparently your staff makes it as difficult as possible. How stupid do you have to be to work at Dunkin it appears you have to be damn near retarded. Your managers aren't very helpful towards the employees who ask for it either. Not what I call managerial material, but then again you get your staff from the special Ed class"

"Your employee Chelsea is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in the service industry. Tried calling the store to address an issue with my order and was met with literally 0 respect or consideration. Chelsea was extremely hostile and used profanity several times while I was trying to speak calmly to her about how my order could be resolved. Absolutely no customer service skills or any human decency for that matter. Called and spoke to a supervisor, Derrick, who was so so helpful and kind and informed me Chelsea has been in trouble in the past for similar situations. So if management bothers to read this, get that girl out of there. She’s awful!"
