"This review is long overdue. I have a Columbia jacket that needed a zipper replacement. Columbia wouldn’t even fix it. This coat is sentimental to me. I checked many places with pricing way too expensive. Someone told me about Belsy’s, so I gave it a try. The zipper replacement is amazing. She does excellent work. When I picked up my jacket and saw the zipper finally replaced after a year of looking for someone to fix it I nearly cried. Thank you Belsy"

"Belsy was very accommodating to my short timeline. Had to get the shoulders altered for a wedding. Dress arrives late. Only had 5 days before my cousin's wedding to get my navy velvet dress altered. She got it done and it fit perfectly! She seems super busy and had a lot of repeat customers. So I would say she does good work. I'm definitely coming back for some other alterations in the near future."
