"I see a lot of reviews about how terrible if a company it is to work for. These people do not tell you how they were either often late or missing work. And yes, just like any other labor job it's not a place for everybody. I no longer work here but as far as the company itself they do have a good pay scale and they do offer raises and bonuses. Every year they offer a safety bonus and a Christmas bonus. I hope you don't let the reviews of some snowflakes keep you from giving them a shot as an employer."

"The rubber dump is a great opportunity for a kid fresh out of high school with no secondary education. They don’t care much about criminal backgrounds either. The only way to “move up” is if you have more time served in this place than the next guy. Pay is decent in the beginning but raises are laughable. Eventually the people that started years after you will quickly catch you on the same pay rate. Rotating shifts are rough and reliable employees are scarce. Always asked to do more than you are paid for. They make up rules to suit their needs whenever they want. Also exceedingly hot in the summer with poor ventilation. The equipment you work with is old and outdated; “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Repairs are only made when what’s broken hinders production, otherwise things get messed up and they stay messed up. Mismanaged psycho circus."
