Helen, Christina, Madison and Carol were so helpful and understanding! They assisted me with all the questions I had and accommodated me so graciously! They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. After finishing the purchase they bagged up everything so beautifully! Highly recommend this location and will absolutely be returning! Also this perfume is seriously my favorite of all of my others!"

"I went in the KOP mall location today. My daughters and I weren’t acknowledged by any of the associates or guard. Instead, we were followed around in the store in silence by an associate. It was an uncomfortable experience for a high end store where I declined to spend my money. I’ve never experienced any of this in other designer stores i.e Burberry, Gucci etc. Please have your staff retrained on customer etiquette. Respectfully, J. Myrie"
