"Had to do a return from Christmas, had the receipt, and was 1 day past 30 days. The cashier said I couldn't return it. Did speak to manager and who was nice and said I could do the return but had to be an in store credit. I was ok with that, but I can't use it on certain things. I find that very disappointing."

I didn't buy a super expensive TV, as I just got a new house and I don't need anything crazy. It was only up $500 TV, so saving almost 100 bucks on it was really nice"

"Last Saturday, I visited the store to demo the Meta Quest 3. No one greeted me when I arrived. Meta listed 1 to 6pm demo hours, so I arrived about 2pm. The Meta ambassador is positioned near the back of the store by the Tvs. He claimed the system was not charged. Then instructed me that it needed about 30 minutes. During that 30 minutes, I walked around. No Best Buy staff offered to help me, nor did anyone speak to me. It's the holidays! I need gifts for family, so you would think staff would assist people a bit more. There were overpriced TVs, fitness watches, computers, tablets, a gaming section, toy section, etc. I haven't visited a Best Buy in years and now I remember the reason. It's a lackluster electronics store! After 30 minutes, the Meta rep asserted the system had only charged to 1%. Yeah, okay! Thanks to Meta for wasting my time and gas."

"I went into to buy a computer and wasn’t expecting all to much from the staff but eventually I asked a staff for some help and ISSAC responded to the request and I was blown away, his professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help was BAR NONE 10 out of 5 starts. He was amazing. He really helped me out a lot and offered me so many options with everything that I asked about, honestly he provided me some of the BEST customer service I have ever had.
