"I ordered a no ice oat milk latte cold I was ignored on the oat milk told I don’t know how my drink will be… I’m ordering my drink the way I want it not the way you think I want it. Then charged an extra 1$ after she didn’t ring it up right… I’m glad I asked before I left and started throwing up…. Because I am lactose intolerant… for a grand total of 12$"

"If I was able to give zero stars I would!! I went to this location to buy 4 lbs of coffee. They had a large display of 12oz bags of coffee with a sign in front that said “1lb of coffee $16.99”. The owner and assistant INSISTED the 12 oz bags were 1 lb. I told them several times a lb is 16 oz, NOT 12oz. My husband and I were finally able to get them to measure us four 1-lb bags of coffee. This was after I asked the assistant NOT to use her bare hands to remove some coffee that she over-poured when measuring the lb. She wanted to make sure I didn’t get 1 bean over a pound!! She then put on a glove! I spent over $67 for that kind of horrible service!"

"My husband and I tried here for the first time today we each got the Madagascar vanilla chiller dink and oh my goodness definitely would recommend. Stuff was super friends and the cafe was clean. We will be stopping here for a drink when we are in Monroeville even if we are not shopping at the mall. Well worth the stop. Thank you to the staff keep up the fantastic work."

"There aren’t anymore Gloria Jeans where I live they all closed down. So to my surprise as I was out of town for work trip a couple of months ago I stumbled upon 1. I was in shock. The barista completely understood my excitement lol. I got the Oreo chiller with a shot of espresso and it tasted just like it did years ago. If you have never had Gloria Jeans please do!!"
