I visit this location multiple times a week and order the exact same coffee every time. I never asked for anything free or for a refund. The call was to only inform them of the mistake. The staff are more respectful than the manager. I will not return to this location! BTW, there wasn’t even a sticker on my cup that stated what was in my drink!"
