"After the remodel/reopening I was hopeful. Their Customer Service was better. However when I recently ordered a small Iced Carmel Craze Signature Latte , it was awful! Someone put either burnt or dark roast coffee in my favorite drink. I was so disappointed. Even my husband who likes dark, strong coffee tasted it and ended up pitching it. I also need to mention that when I ordered my Avocado Toast with bacon two weeks ago, the bacon was burnt. As a customer you go through a drive through for efficiency because you’re traveling. So if you go to this Dunkin franchise, check your order before you pull away so you won’t be disappointed."
