"By reading the reviews I see why they have such a horrible rating. This leaving this review. This place is complete unorganized and unaware of their own inventory. Constantly messing up orders and now I will out source my former work from them to online retailers. Terrible worker attitudes and work ethic, they don’t care what goes on or happens must be lack of strong management leader."

"As a small business owner of a garage. I gave this place multiple chances to “wow me” or just simply being a good place to do business with. In the past month I’ve been there 3 times. Each time the lady that sits in the office is completely RUDE to workers along with customers on the phone. While I’m waiting for service per the usual (it takes forever) another business customer called in and had the wrong dept. in which she rudely said they needed to go to another dept. cold transferred them and hung up the phone calling them an idiot. If you hate your job that bad I think you should leave. Always unorganized and excuse after excuse as to why they are unorganized. The only people who actually have some decency are the actual workers in the back and trucks that bust their butts for the company. keep up the work guys!! You’re the real MVPs. We definitely will only be using this company as needed from here on out. All foreign is where it’s at guys!! Best customer service all around."

I ordered door handle for a Toyota corolla describe it to be handle with key opening and not wireless as simple as that I was sent the wrong part twice and I know the distance I have to drive to their office for pick up and I called the company to report and being so upset the person just said you can't talk to us like that and cut of the call. very rubbish staffs and rubbish company ethics with no one ready to take responsibility for I am done."
