The staff are always incredibly helpful/accommodating; I've called many times with requests to pre-order/hold a loaf or two to fly them back home with me, and they are always willing to do so. Their product is always incredibly fresh and delicious. It's so hard to eat any other kind of bread, knowing that this craftsmanship is out there. If you're visiting the area (or have guests visiting), make sure to swing by. Fox Chapel, don't take this place for granted! It's an absolute GEM."
