"I was in the neighborhood and decided to go to this Starbucks. I ordered at the register and the person was Smiling and Happy. She took my order quickly and even got the special way I wanted it made. The drink was very tasty and was the way I wanted it. Service was very friendly and was quick. This Starbucks is very clean and decorated very tastefully. Thank you for a Great visit!"

"Sometimes it’s hard to tell of Starbucks has any standard left or not. I mean come on 8 people working all continuously talking to each other. I had an issue with my order and I stood there 20 minutes just so they can finish their chat with each other. Then I tried to ask if they can do something about the issue and they gave me a look of a sort that stop bothering us. I mean creating an environment where you feel shameful asking someone to do something when it’s their job and responsibility is the worse feeling you can get in a coffee shop. I feel like I can’t digest any food no matter how good it is if it’s not served with respect."

"The employees here are good and I have no complaints about the drinks. So why a three star? Mostly the high schoolers - during the school year they can be a little loud and obnoxious. If you can stand that, there is really nothing else I have a complaint about."

"Absolutely horrible costumer service. The worker there this evening was talking to the customer in a discriminatory manner. She singled me out and kept trying to kick me out of the store when I had repeatedly told her I was still waiting for the rest of my order I believe this was because of my age. I’ve been nothing but a loyal and respectful customer and to be treated like this is horrible. The barista has short dark colored hair and frequently works in the afternoon I didn’t get her name but if I do I will be making a formal complaint."

"Was pretty decent until all of the 50+ kids showed up. Especially outside in the parking lot, it was completely ridiculous. These kids were rude, loud, obnoxious to customers and staff. Also, it seemed as though the employees just didn't care because they don't want to have to deal with all these kids. There were kids only getting cups of water and then throwing them at each other outside in the parking lot. Seems to me, either Starbucks or whomever owns 2345 Murray Avenue parking lot and building need to deal with these kids and have them start being more polite and respectful. I am so disappointed in this visit to this location, I may not ever go to that Starbucks again and I know if I do ever go to this Starbucks again, it will not be at the same time as the high school being let out."
