"I got to Starbucks every day if not twice a day. They are located inside of a hotel. They should be staffed to handle the visitors based on the conventions booked but they were not. The wait was unbelievable and the workers were rude."

My questions were answered. The person checked whether there was a grilled cheese sandwich available. My question about the Tr Mango Df Lem sizing was answered and ordered. Great customer service! Delicious food. Much better than their neighbors at Dunkin!"
