"My mother and I stopped at bath and body works and walked acrossed the street to Starbucks so convent! Our barista Julissa was so helpful and kind our drinks were perfect atmosphere was great definitely will be back to this Location again !"

"This is the worst Starbucks location on the planet. The prioritization of mobile orders while your cafe is packed with 30+ people waiting on the drinks they’ve already ordered is beyond unacceptable. They had 27 drinks sitting on the counter when I arrived"

"Friday stoped in store to get a vanilla latte. I walked in to counter 3 girls were standing there talking. One turned around and said “we will be with you in a minute.” They continued their conversation for another 4 or 5 minutes while I stood there. Finally gave my order and moved to end of counter where a nice young woman was making mobile orders. I actually waited almost 10’minutes for the girl who took my order to make it. No one else was working. Terrible service! I have never seen such bad customer service!!’"

"Went to pick up my wife’s mobile order today (7-23) had an eta of 343PM. I arrived at 343 and noticed a circus in the waterfront store. There’s only 2 girls working. 1 of which is new and doesn’t know how to make drinks. The other one is talking on her cell phone while making orders. She says on her call “I’ve been making drinks for 45 minutes” she then proceeds to spill the blender multiple times and throw ice everywhere. After 15-20 minutes waiting (way past the time on the mobile order) I left and never received my drinks. For the prices you charge to get this type of customer service is completely unacceptable. I want a refund"

"It’s such a nice and cozy Starbucks location in the middle of Waterfront Mall. They have seats inside, but because of COVID, you have to go to a beautiful backyard behind the store—which is not great if it’s a freezing or raining day. Unfortunately, they don’t have gluten free items."
