Starbucks 808 Ridge Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212

"Nice, spacious Starbucks. Happy they now take mobile orders. However, their hours fluctuate way too much, as some other reviews noted. Borderline on a week-to-week basis. I can’t count the number of times I have come to this Starbucks and there are people waiting, confused because the store is supposed to be open. I understand they probably fluctuate to align with CCAC schedule and Steelers games, but maybe find a set schedule that would work year round. 6am-7pm would work. While this one is closer to me, I will stick with the new one on W North since they are open 5am-8pm. Humans generally do not like uncertainty, even with something as simple as their daily cup of coffee."

"No Starbucks are what they use to be. It is sad! You could always count on going to any Starbucks in the country and get the same excellent service and consistency with the food and drinks but not so much anymore. Even the hours are different across locations."

"They can usually make what you order but, are often out of food items. The Kat Von D looking girl who owns/manages this location isn’t very friendly to the average student patronizing this location, only the ppl she knows. The customer service isn’t that great either. Overall, I don’t visit often for the lack of customer service, menu unavailability, and sometimes long waits."

"This is a really nice Starbucks and I'd love to continue to go there however I like coconut milk latte's. Apparently they do not carry coconut milk and someone there continues to put coconut syrup in my latte. If you do not have coconut milk, please do not use syrup. Just tell me you do not have coconut milk. I'll drink a regular whole milk latte if you don't. I just do not want syrup of any kind."

"The cafe is surprisingly spacious considering how much room they had to work with. I love that they have one of those front windows that can be opened up in nice weather. My baristas were friendly and accommodating. The guy making my frap assumed I didn't want whipped cream because I'd asked for it to be made with soy milk (it's a common mistake). When I said I actually did want the whip, he quickly re-made the drink, conversing with me while he did. My visit was great experience overall."
