"Bubble Bee to me is inconsistent in terms of quality. I tried two oolong milk teas a few weeks apart and had very different experiences-first one was great, second time very underwhelming with a weak tea and little flavor. I'm willing to try again but this isn't high on my list as a must do."
"The worst bubble tea I've ever tasted. First of all, I asked for no ice, but they cooked with ice anyway. Secondly, I paid $0.85 for a bean, and it wasn't there, as if there was 1 spoon. Finally, the taste is terrible, I order mango milk and thought that only water was added to my drink. I guess it was done on purpose because I said I didn't want to add ice to my drink. The drink doesn't cost $7, I throw it in the trash as soon as I leave the store."

"Enjoyed a different location of this bubble tea but unfortunately this location didn't meet the same expectations. The self-check out kiosks didn't display the same menu options as on the walls and item descriptions weren't very clear. Very crowded, workers were nice but obviously understaffed especially for a weekend. The milk tea was tasty but not worth the price especially after going through the confusing checkout only to not get any boba or pearls."
"Oh my God! My matcha tea is super thick and bitter. And 3 of my children black tea are all too sweet!!! We never experienced this before so we are excited to see Chatime in Ross Park Mall and ordered from them. What we experienced today with Chatime is really disappointing."
