"Came in to grab two iced lattes and the snack bacon. Took 10+ minutes to even get someone up front, then another 10 for my drink, bacon was cold and smothered in pepper and was disgusting and soggy. The other latte (a friends) took well over 15 minutes and as I type this we’re still waiting for his food. Doesn’t seem to be short staffed. Just seems the staff they have currently is not very caring"
