"This Starbucks was closed for awhile to be remodeled. The old Starbucks resembled a quaint coffee shop. The new remodel makes it cold and uninviting. There is no place to wait for your order. My kids told me the industrial look is in now. I don't drink coffee but like the strawberry acai. I go there every Sunday when I drop the kids off at CCD nearby, and they know name. All the workers are great and friendly. It's by far the best Starbucks on McKnight Road!"

"This is a great Starbucks for remote working with your laptop. Lots of outlets, seating, working wifi, and atmosphere."

"Newly updated as of Oct 2023. This was my first visit to this location in over a year due to the last visit being so poor. I like the new layout and the staff seemed more engaged and friendly."

"Makenna was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in food service. I ordered two identical drinks, got the first drink in 5 mins. 18 mins later still waiting on the other drink. I asked if they were still making the drink and she got all mad and said she could go back through the orders but I would have to wait. The other worker suggested “we probably forgot, just make one”. She prepared 6 more orders and then made the our other drink. She put it on the counter with a snarky “here”. 26 minutes to get two standard drinks. No fancy requests just regular drinks. This Starbucks could have stayed closed for all I care, I will not return to this location."

"Nice place to visit and chat with people and do work. My wife had the hot cocoa, I had the large cappuccino. Also had the sausage egg sandwich and chocolate croissant. Everything was great. The order didn't take long. Service was good"
