"Today I met a friend at this Starbucks on federal st to catch up because it had been awhile since we have seen each other. We sat at a table that was out of the way but close to other tables. A lady was working the table next to us but we were minding our business and talking about our life and situations. Then this lady interrupted up and said “hello, I am the manager and you’re using a lot of (let’s just say colorful) language that we don’t allow here. It’s seems like you are having a moment but can you please not communicate like this in here.” Meanwhile we were not talking loud, we were not directing our converation to anyone but each other and just talking about what was going on. We were being mindful of others but since she decided to work right next to us, obviously she can hear us speak. I was very shocked at her listening to my conversation but enough to then impose herself to assume I was “having a moment” when we were not. We were just two friends openly talking about our life to catch up. But then also her customer service was to tell us to stop talking how we were. We decided to leave because it was very awkward. And she told me “ thanks for understanding” I replied “ I don’t understand but I am not going sit here next to you and maybe you should also get an office to work from” …if people talking is offensive or distracting to you. We both left and stood out in the cold to continue our conversation. I found this manager to be very unprofessional, projecting and did not do well with how she approached us. We didn’t realize it was a crime in Starbucks to have open conversations to one another."

"I ordered a piece of pound cake (looked & smelled awesome) , the barista didn't use gloves or tongs when he put it in the bag & since it's useless to argue with people who handle your food....I simply tossed it in the trash. I'm sure he did it without thinking, but I'm still not going to gamble with my health."

I’m so glad that this location opened on North Ave. I have come every day for the past week during my lunch break and I love being able to sit and relax in such a beautiful space even for just a half hour at a time. The staff are very friendly and the service is always quick! I love the seating options and this location was designed very intentionally."

"Well this is really special. Most beautiful I've seen so far. Wooden tables, wooden seats with some of the comfiest padding! Big leather chairs! And a bar with a view of North Ave. Handicap tables too. Definetly my new go to Starbucks! And all the baristas are so happy to be in our neighborhood!"
