"The manager Kia was a great trainer. It was such an awesome moment to see her listening, assisting and modeling for her staff. They seemed very eager and willing to learn. Although I only got 5 minutes of experience I was a blessing. They also had donuts ;)"
"Sat at the drive thru speaker for literally 15 minutes. From 11:58am-12:13pm. We were asked to wait a few times. Once someone finally took our order there were no apologies, no discounts, nothing. Literally no acknowledgment. We drove over here from the south hills because we always considered this to be the better Dunkin. Sorely disappointed. I understand things go wrong and can cause a wait, but there’s no excuse to not acknowledge it."

"I enjoy the decaf coffee here at least once a week and have purchased their 16 oz decaf to bring home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Been a fan for years and now that they are 1/2 mile away I'm a happy camper!"
