"The make baresta not only got my order wrong which I was fine with j didn’t complain I decided to politely say it’s okay don’t worry about it I gotta go to work. He instead took my coffee back that I was trying to get back, crushed the lid taking more than half of my whip cream that was there and through it way. And then slammed the coffee on the table. Didn’t put anymore on that he took off and was overly aggressive for no reason while raising his voice. I don’t know why he’s being this way, I didn’t get mad nor was I demanding the missing topping for my coffee. Probably won’t go back here afor a while"

"Drink was GREAT! “They” with the green hair was extremely rude. Having a good attitude will help you perform good customer service. My first time at the mall, it was late and I assumed maybe they’re closing/closed, so I asked hey are you guys still opened? Response from “They” green hair… would I ask you what would you like to order if we were closed… The “person” is lucky…"

He honestly made my day and has a sincere gift for spreading joy and is just so interesting and entertaining! If he doesn't get a raise he should get a spotlight on a stage somewhere. "I have to give a huge shoutout to one of the gentleman there. I work in the mall and he absolutely made my day. I can’t believe I forgot his name, but he had bright ginger hair and told me he was British. He was hysterical and just made a wonderful experience for everyone. We talked music, and he just cracked me up in general. I’d been having a very rough week, so I can’t thank him enough for making my day a lot brighter."
