"Don’t come here much, but at the moment the place closes at 12 due to staff. I don’t have a problem with that I understand, but on the Starbucks app and on their website, they say open till 9 when they are not. So just change the website till you get more staff."

"My last visit was very uncomfortable. I placed a mobile order. I had to make a stop at one of the stores and then with the wait in the drive through I thought I’d be right on time. Both were faster than I expected, and I got to the window early. The woman at the window never spoke to me but kept telling the other baristas I was at the window. I apologized for getting there early, and without looking at me she said, ”it’s fine don’t worry about it” but her tone was extremely rude. My other visits haven’t been bad but they haven’t been overly friendly either. The baristas at target and the Tarentum Starbucks (where I normally go) are much friendlier. I’d go with them!"

"Very inconsistent, never know if your drink will be made right. Tastes like the espresso machine is never calibrated. Tastes like a 7 dollar cup of hot milk. Id say its made right about 30 percent of the time. Always new people making drinks and none seem to have been trained well. Its just very frustrating. Just So sick of getting ripped off. When they try to fix it, its still not right, so i dont even bother."

"** update 9/16/2023 this place has just gotten worse!!!! Sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes for cold coffee. Only went because someone gave me a gift card. Biggest mistake ever. Should have realized this dump hadn’t changed when I saw the signs saying the garbage cans are not for the public hahahaha. I have been going to this Starbucks for years and years and have never had a problem before today. Placed a mobile pick up order in advance and the app told me it would be ready for pick up at 7:30. At 7:50 I asked for a refund Being that my order for a regular, drip coffee was placed at 7:18 AM and I still didn’t have a coffee almost 45 minutes later"

"I stopped by yesterday afternoon in the drive thru to order an iced latte, a very simple order, nothing complex and when it came time to pay using the point of sale system, I was tipped shamed by the employee for not leaving a tip, I felt very uncomfortable and then begin to question the reminder of the service and quality of of my order. Tip shaming needs to stop."
