"This is the single best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They never disappoint here. The staff is always friendly and patient, and I have seen them deal with upset customers. The manager is understanding and kind. There are times when I go to other Dunkin’s in the pittsburgh area but the coffee always taste the best at this one. I used to live very close and was a regular. The staff quickly knew my go to order and it felt nice to see the same consistent people working here. I moved away from the area about 2 years ago so would go to different Dunkins and came back today and still saw some of the same staff. They recognized me and asked how I was doing and even remembered my order. You can not get better service or better Dunkin drinks anywhere else. 100/10."

"Usually order ahead 10-15 minutes before and it's there. If it's busy it could take additional 10. Staff are always friendly and helpful with questions."

"I add 10 minutes onto my work commute just so I can stop at this dunkin in particular, despite the fact that I have multiple ones I can stop at on my direct route. The employees at this location are so friendly and remember their customers. I am not in as much now that I work from home most days, but they all still remember me and my coffee order and are super nice! If it's slow, they will have my coffee started for me pretty much the second I walk in the door or shortly after. When it's busy, I'm still in and out within 5 minutes on most occasions. I'm usually in around 7am. The morning crew is phenomenal!"

"The Conor road entrance is too hidden and I always almost miss it, they need to make it wider and put a clear sign to show us that this is the drive way to enter Dunkin, see the attached photos please"

"I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered an iced frozen coffee with mocha online. Go into the store, didn’t see my order so I go to the register. I was completely ignored by two employees, one of which was drinking at the register while talking to the other and then finally someone else assisted me. Get my drink and it was HORRIBLE. It was more chocolate syrup than coffee. Disgusting I couldn’t even finish it. I’d rather spend my kidney at Starbucks than come back here."
