"Not sure why this is rated down - it's Dunkin, so you know what you're getting. The staff is very upbeat and friendly, at least on the weekends. And unlike other Dunlins, the drive thru line is manageable, even on weekends. They are doing great at this location .."

"Typically I visit here 2 or 3 times a week, most of the time it’s been an ok experience for Dunkin’ Donuts, most of the staff are great but today it was literally the most uncomfortable experience I’ve had in any restaurant/coffee house I been too. I don’t what was going on there was a man collecting money off of the baristas for something while singing oh Danny boy, it made for an awkward experience just ordering my coffee. I don’t know if I’ll visit there again just out of the slight chance that’s going on again."

"WORST Dunkin’ Donuts in the Pittsburgh region when it comes to drinks and mto food items, only thing your safe to order here is donuts everything else lacks major consistency. I would come here every morning for breakfast on my way to start the day but after 6 consecutive poor experiences I won’t be stopping anymore!!! When you order a bagel they literally open 1 packet of cream cheese flip it upside down and dollop it in the middle, when I asked them why they do that they said oh you have to ask us to spread it. What is the point of a drive thru? Drive thru manager is a joke of a manager! When I brought it up to the manager she acted like that’s normal for Dunkin’ Donuts, honey please go order some food and drinks at any other Dunkin’ Donuts in Pittsburgh and you’ll see what normal is LOL…. Bridgeville DD is 100x better with nicer employees!"

"Got my order wrong almost twice in drive thru (Ordered Egg Croissant no cheese; got egg croissant no egg). Will double check to make sure order was processed properly next time. Other than that, food and coffee is good."

"Congratulations!!!! You're open!!!! I ordered the toasted white chocolate latte and loved it. The cashier girl around 5:50pm could have been a little less meh. If you work in customer service, at least fake a smile and lose the attitude. Managers were really nice!! Red haired girl who made my drink, super nice!!! Dining room closes at 6pm Drive thru is 8pm. Again, congratulations on your new store!!!"
