Starbucks

"I don't get up to Wexford as often as I used to since graduating from North Allegheny (go Tigers!), but it's been a convenient stop a few times while shopping or before heading over onto 79. Very spacious inside since it used to be a dry cleaner I believe, and not super busy at least the few times I've been in. Always seemed clean, quiet, and orderly with a number of people working on their laptops when we recently went on a Tuesday afternoon."

"My frozen pineapple passionfruit refresher looks like blended puke! I had it changed but still looked the same and tasted bland! This did not look like baby’s puke in other Starbuck’s stores! This is a rip off!"

"Seemed hectic behind the counter. Like people didn't know their assignments. Girl at cash register was great in helping me to order just the way I wanted. I'll be back."

"I realize it’s tough to hire competent employees these days. I get it. But Starbucks needs to at least hire politely incompetent ones. Waiting 15 minutes when you are THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE (and you can see 4 employees not working) is bad enough. Having rude employees insult you while doing it is far far worse. I hope the store owners know how their employees act. Thank God we have Dunkin nearby!!!!"

"For some reason my daughter wanted to try Starbucks, so without much forethought I chose this location. The staff was courteous, efficient, and the location was clean. And while I thought my daughter's "Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino" was too sweet, she loved it. We both enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and good memories were made."
