"Affordable. Good Coffee. Polite Employees. Cool Coffee Mugs."
"Not sure the barista's name possibly, Sarah but once I find out her name I will come back and update this review. Love every latte she makes me . super friendly and recognizes me when I come in. Also, overly excited that this business carries vanilla bean flavored syrup!!!!!"
"Came in with high hopes and left absolutely outraged. I came into the store and was next in line. I patiently waited for any sort of acknowledgement. After 8 minutes I still had not been acknowledged in any way. No hello, no wave, no "we'll be with you in one second", nothing. Now I have worked in coffee shops as has my wife. I understand stuff can get busy and I would have been flexible. However the employees acknowledged SEVERAL customers who came in after me or were already there. So I couldn't even get a hello but customers who came in well after me were greeted. I was never rude, waited calmly, quietly and patiently but I guess I wasn't good enough to be acknowledged. After 10 minutes I finally left completely angry and unacknowledged. I then headed over to another shop where the atmosphere was infinitely better. I am not one to chalk things up to racial reasons however the only unique factor is that I was the only African American in line or in the store at that time. All caucasian customers were greeted but I was not. While I can't say that this was the reason, in my eyes it was and has forever led me to avoiding this location. For management: I welcome you to review your store cameras to verify my above accounting (Nov 29 ~ 11:50ish AM). Absolutely awful experience. Not to worry however, I will not be back."
"This is a cozy little cafe. It is a great place to study or relax. I love the margarita everything bagel ❤️ it is so good!!"
"Some of the best lattes and almond croissant pastries I've ever had! The latte was perfectly steamed without scalding the milk, and the pastry was a divine combination of sweet almond and slightly chewy buttery dough. The barrista was extremely friendly and she helped me start my day with a smile! I strongly recommend Cafe Americano if you are in the area and need a pick me up."
