"Just had to walk out of this store without any services because we were told that the employee already assisting us, that had the wireless device IN HIS HAND, that he was “not allowed” to do an upgrade service because of the availability of staff elsewhere in the store… on the biggest shopping weekend of the entire year. Makes no sense. Flat out refused to take our business because they couldn’t allow an employee to sit down and… do his job I guess? I felt generous with my stars because the employee was at least nice and apologetic before we had to leave empty handed."
"By far the worst process and customer service out there. I walked in to this location to buy a cellphone for my son. I proceed to the cellphone area to be waited on. Stood there for about 15 mins waiting for help. As I was there there was two people being waited on and one other person waiting to be assisted. The one customer finished up and the sales person walked past a a couple who was waiting. The customer stopped the sales person and asked for assistance. The sales guy didn't even stop and totally ignored the customer. I then proceeded to get some help from another worker. He leads me to the front and says they could assist me. I go to a lady at front and she was completely rude and told me I had to check in and wait to be assisted. I then told her how was I supposed to know this and she says I'm telling you know. I then checked it and proceed to wait again. 10 more mins later someone comes over to assist me. Although he was helpful and sympathetic of the situation, I am not surprised that these stores are closing left and right. The process is very flawed and people need to work on their customer satisfaction skills. I have worked on the industry and I know this day is extremely busy but you still have to be professional and helpful. Not rude!"
"Customer service over the phone is nonexistent. Exactly no way to file a complaint by phone. Everything redirects you to nowhere useful no matter what you say. Lost my card in the store. Attempted to call the store to ask about my card. Got redirected to national/international line. Got asked if I wanted to know store hours. Got asked if I had a membership. Got asked what I was calling about. Given a list of options irrespective of my answer. Can't bypass to speak to a manager or supervisor. Pick an option to hopefully speak to someone. Get asked again what I'm calling about. Get no solid answer or way to contact the store. Get hung up on. Repeat eight times. I understand it was after the store's shortened hours. That's why I lost my card in the first place; because I thought it fell as I checked the time in my phone, but didn't want to impose any more than I already had as I walked in with four minutes to close because I didn't look at their hours. I got home ten minutes after they closed, looked for my card hoping I was mistaken, bit it was gone. I tried to call, see above. I was repeatedly told that I was being redirected because team members were specialized by department. First of all, I wasn't speaking to a team member on the floor, as all language would have you assume. Secondly, according to a lot of former and a good few current team member anecdotes, due to massive layoffs, many stores have been running skeleton crews, with team members regularly having to cover multiple departments. While that does explain the shifting of call volumes, it does not excuse the fact that the language of the call lines does not mention this situation, nor do any physical notices in or around the store."
"One of the most impressive and powerful places in nature on earth. It is impossible to remain indifferent to the beauty of such nature. Reminded me a lot of Victoria Falls in Africa. A visit to the USA in the northern region is not possible without a visit to Niagara Falls. I recommend arriving the day before to travel in the nearby town of Erie and spend the night in one of the houses for rent. Get up in the morning and reach the falls. Do not miss the tunnel leading to the bottom of the falls. Good luck and have a pleasant trip."
"It's a Best Buy. Not the biggest but it's convenient. I've bought things from here and it's perfectly fine however I am techy and the sales people never get me for the extras, even if they try. I am disappointed some of the appliances have disappeared but I do like some of the fun extras that are tie ins to other media. I wish the information about recycling was more prominently displayed. As Best Buy is contributing to e-waste the least they could do is have prominent signage about recycling."
