I usually go to their compition because they are closer to me, but I have to say, I think I'll be shopping at Advance for my parts now. I like the website as it told me they had the part. That saved me a ton of time. When I got to the store the clerk was super nice, even though he just unlocked the door and wasn't really ready for customers. He asked me what I needed and I told him I already knew, but he wanted to double-check just to make sure I had the correct information. That was nice. He gets the battery and explained the warranty and core charge. He then checked the status of the charge on it and printed and explained what the test did. I came back later with the core and talked to someone else, but they were just as nice. Parking lot was nice and the store was clean."
