"Went through the drive thru and ordered at 3:15. Did not get 2 of the burgers we ordered. The girl at the window told us to pull up. 20 minutes and 20 cars that passed us later, I went inside to see what was going on. I then waited another 15 minutes for them to get me my food. If I didn’t go in I guarantee you we would have still been out there waiting. Absolutely unreal. For two burgers, and one of them wasn’t even correct!"

"Put an order in on the app. Pulled up nearly 40 minutes before they were to close. I sat in silence at the menu waiting for someone to say something over the speaker. Ten minutes pass, I pull around to the payment window to see no one there. So I waited trying to catch someone’s attention. Had multiple employees look at me and none of them came to the window when I waved them over. Sat there for another ten minutes before I had to leave for work. Tried to get a refund but the app tells me I have to call the store. Shocker!!!! No one answered. So not only didn’t I get my order, I basically just handed them my money for horrible service. Do yourself a favor skip this McDonald’s."
